El Al Virtual Airlines have changed a lot since it began it's way in the virtual skies.
In the old days one would have to pass a certain rank and hours barrier in order to fly a certain aircraft.
This is no longer , since we introduced Fleets - every pilot no matter at which rank he currently posses , can apply for a type rating exam for a certain aircraft that he wishes to fly. Once he passes the test and the test gets verified the user immediately is granted the permission
to fly the aircraft!
