North Atlantic Flights
Flying above the atlantic ocean is different than any other flight. In order to fly safely to the US and back there are some special routes (which called NATs = North Atlantic Tracks) that changes every day according to the weather.

London FIR restructure
The purpose of the change is to reduce traffic overload in the four UK sectors with opening new smaller sectors.
- Stage 1 will affect the current EGTT_S_CTR and EGTT_C_CTR sectors. This stage is ready to implement, and our planned launch date is Sunday the 12th of December.
- Stage 2 will affect the current EGTT_N_CTR and EGTT_W_CTR sectors. Development of these sectors has not yet begun, but we aim to launch mid-2011.

- From Brussels and Paris FIRs contact LON_D
Departures to Tel Aviv should contact :
- Ground/Tower/Approach control first !
If none of the above is online contact :
- From Heathrow airport contact LTC_S/LON_D/LON_S
- From Luton airport contact LTC_N/LON_C
